This study aims to the generation of teaching E-LITE’S (Electronics Science Literacy) to the matter interaction living organism and environmental being used to be improvement science literacy students. The research is research of development by adopt the four-D which are (1) define covering analysis matter, analysis the concept, and analysis indicators; (2) design include the development of grating about, quiz, and the prototype of teaching materials ELITE’S (3) the development of covering test validation the people of, assessment users E-LITE’S, and a pilot limited; (4) disiminate product. Data were collected with this validation experts and assessment teachers, test literasi science, and chief response students. Data analyzed a sort of descriptive set quantitative. The result showed material get the excellent of the namely 97 %, the CVR and CVI of 0,92. These tests science literacy students before use of 60,66 material and after using material of 85,66 , N-Gain literacy students at 63,55 science, and some 91 % students are very agree with material E-LITE’S.
